Route 19 underway: "A joyous day"
Finally. The extension of route 19 can begin. At the end of the week the government decided the fate of route 19.

The legal process has reached the end of the road. The reconstruction of route 19 has been up to the government. At the end of the week, it was given the green light. Route 19 has now been given a notice to start.

One of the top political issues in Östra Göinge over the past 25 years will now finally become a reality.
– I think that Trafikverket (the Swedish Transport Administration) can put a spade to soil this autumn, says Patric Åberg, one of those who have pushed the issue from the municipality's side.
– There are many of us who have pushed the issue for many years, we took over in 2011, says Åberg.
One argument is the concept of superbuses.
