Learn to draw with a reall pro

Would you like to learn to draw? In July cartoon artist Amalia Alvarez is on tour in Kristianstad with workshops for the 12-18-year-olds. All the cartoons will be shown at an exhibition at Kulturhuset Barbacka.

Amalia Alvarez is a Chilean-Swedish author and cartoon artist. Her cartoon album 'Fem papperslösa kvinnors historia' (The story of five women without documents) was named 'the best cartoon album of the year' on the website bokcirklar.se.

In July she will visit several places and hold workshops. She will be at Urbana Hembygdsgården (8th and 15th July), Aktivitetshuset Slottet (9th and 10th July), Stadsbiblioteket (13th July) and Gamlegårdens library (14th July). She will also visit several other places.
