– We have a working group where we support one another and put our patients first, says Cecilia Reinholdsson, senior clinical administrator at Vårdcentralen Knislinge (Health centre Knislinge).
The number of listed patients has shot up over the past few years. Now there are about 8,800 on the list.
– We don't just sit back and bask in the good atmosphere, we discuss shortcomings and make sure we correct them to increase safety for our patients. This is work that must go on all the time, says Cecilia Reinholdsson.

During 2021 patients have been able to answer questions on what they thought of the health centres they had visited. 8 out of 10 people in Skåne are satisfied with their health centre, 82 per cent thought it was easy to make an appointment,-
