The man has changed his name several times. He has previously been sentenced to 14 years in prison for aggravated sexual offences. He served part of the sentence in the institution in Vä. Since his release in 2014 he has lived in north-east Skåne.

Now the 54-year-old has been sentenced to 17 years in prison for serious sexual offences against his ex-partner.

The offences were committed in Kristianstad and Berlin. Most of them are reported to have taken place between 1st September 2019 and 16th July 2020.

Kristianstad district court is of the opinion that the 54-year-old has sexually exploited the woman. Among other things he has earned money by making her prostitute herself. His exploitation of the woman is to be seen as trafficking.

Of the cases of rape,13 are judged to be serious. He is also sentenced for serious violation of a woman's right not to be molested.

”The offences are extremely serious, and taken together they render a very severe punishment, 14 years in prison. In addition it must be taken into account that in 2005 the 54-year-old was convicted of other serious sexual offences and sentenced to 14 years in prison. And now he has relapsed into the same kind of serious crime again. Because of this he is now being sentenced to 17 years in prison” Kristianstad district court writes.

The woman has been awarded 875,000 crowns in compensation for violation of her person and pain and suffering.

A doctor formerly active in Kristianstad has been sentenced for having bought sex from the 54-year-old's ex-partner. He must pay a fine of 36,500 crowns.

In 2005 the 54-year-old was sentenced to 14 years in prison for crimes including gross molestation and several cases of aggravated rape.
