Train employee seriously assaulted
During the early hours of Friday morning, a middle-aged man was cleaning a parked train at the train station in Kristianstad.

When he got off the train, he noticed a man in his 30s walking towards him and shouting. This led to an argument in which the elderly man was assaulted and beaten.
He received a serious blow to the eye that resulted in him having surgery. There were witnesses at the scene that saw the commotion. The incident has been reported to the police. On Monday, the identity of the 30-year-old man was still unknown.
