Skanska won – will build the new Municipal Hall
Skanska won the contract to build the Municipal Hall in Broby. Several companies competed for the project.

Five tenders came in for the project which costs 80 million crowns. The new Municipal Hall will be ready in spring 2022.
Skanska is highly experienced in major constructions.

– It’s one of the really big companies in Sweden, says Jonas Rydberg, Municipal Manager in Östra Göinge.
Skanska is currently building the station and town hall in Växjö. Skanska was also responsible for the rebuilding of the Municipal Hall in Osby which was completed in 2018.

What: New Municipal Hall for 200 people.
Where: In Broby (the same location as the current Municipal Hall).
When: Construction starts in 2021. Will be ready in spring 2022.
Builders: Skanska and Arkitekterna Krook & Tjäder AB.
