Skånetrafiken: Fewer buses evenings and weekends
Now the new timetables are ready. In Kristianstad municipality both town and regional buses will be affected (see Facts).
In the town, night traffic and departures on weekday evenings will be withdrawn.
– What we’ve looked at is departures with very few passengers, so that not so many people will be affected, says Carina Zachau (M), chairman of Region Skåne’s collective traffic committee.
How long will the new timetable apply?
– We hope it can apply until the next time we change the timetables, in December, says Carina Zachau.
This is how bus routes will be affected
Town bus 1: On weekday evenings the buses will run at 15-minute intervals instead of 10. On weekdays there will be no departure at 18:19 from Gamlegården to Viby. The last bus on Saturday and Sunday night will be withdrawn.
