Large military exercise in progress – training grounds closed
On Monday, the military exercise Sydfront 21 began, in which a total of 3,500 soldiers take part. The public is then notified.

Part of the exercise has been located on the training grounds in Norra Åsum and Rinkaby. There will now be an increased military presence and a risk of high sound levels.
The municipality asks the public to be aware that the training and shooting grounds are closed to the public during the exercise. There will also be military traffic on civilian roads. Walking on the training grounds during the exercise could be fatal and non-compliance may result in large fines.
The purpose of the exercise is to build a stronger defence and increase Sweden's military capability.
