”The woman has no residence in Sweden and she does not work in the country”
Several of Sweden's social insurance benefits require that you reside in Sweden. When the woman applied for the benefits, she declared that the information submitted, such as her residency status, was correct and complete. But now Försäkringskassan has discovered that these were not true.
The woman has no residence in Sweden and she does not work in the country. The child has also never attended preschool in Sweden.
Försäkringskassan has demanded approximately 176,000 crowns back. The woman has said to Försäkringskassan that she is going to appeal the decision.
