Tivolibadet to open again – after corona closure
Tivolibadet was closed on 7th December last year on account of the pandemic. On Monday the baths opened again. ”It's great that we can open again,” says pool attendant Basem Maz.

Tivolibadet has been closed to the public for almost nine months. But the swimming school, among other activities, has been in progress all spring. Clubs have also been able to swim since the winter.

That the baths are open again is something that pool attendant Basem Maz is very glad for.

– It's perfect! Of course it's just great that we can open again, he says.
Malin Wellberg agrees with him. When Kristianstadsbladet pays a visit, she is in the reception and welcomes eager visitors.
– We've had a whole lot of people now during the day. It seems as if people mostly come in when the school day is over, says Malin Wellberg.
