Thousands of illegal cigarettes found in a shop in Kristianstad
Two different inspections were carried out in 2016 and 2017 of how shops handle tobacco. Then thousands of foreign cigarettes were found in a store. Two people who are connected to the shop in Kristianstad are now being prosecuted.

The two people are being charged unlawful dealing of goods that are taxable.
The tobacco packets and cigarettes were missing Swedish warning labels.
According to the prosecutor, the two together and in agreement intentionally packaged, transported, stored, hid, processed, acquired and/or transferred the tobacco.
In total, there are about 20,000 cigarettes and several packages of loose tobacco.
The two men deny the crime.
