Second-hand shop in the city centre is closing down
The Stadsmission’s (City Mission) second-hand shop is closing down. "Unfortunately, the store had a tough start."

In October 2020, Skåne Stadsmission opened a second-hand store on Östra Boulevarden in central Kristianstad. Now the store is closing down.
– Unfortunately, the store in Kristianstad had a tough start. We have not managed to get the revenue rolling in and so we have to make this disappointing decision, says Christel Breum, Skåne Stadsmission’s Sales Manager, on their website.

The website also states that this is an impact of the corona restrictions and the limited customer base in Kristianstad's centre, which has made it difficult to get the sales to take off.
The store will close it’s doors on April 14th. The donation bank, which is connected to the premises with an entrance located on Östra Vallgatan 25, will remain open.
