Merete Tillman thinks that the landlord has acted strangely in several ways.
”The landlord also has a responsibility towards his tenants”Merete Tillman, the Municipal Director
– First, how he informed people. The landlord also has a responsibility towards his tenants who he has signed an open-ended contract with, she says.
– Now that he has to shut down, he cannot throw people out in any way, without offering alternative accommodation.
The landlord is not allowed to rent out permanent housing, but he has not complied with this.
– He has deceived people. We will help those who live there to make a report to the Rent Tribunal, says Merete Tillman.
Neither Kenneth Strömbeck (who runs the company with Broby Hospital in liquidation), nor the brothers Sven and Claes Olvegård (landlords) want to make a comment to the newspaper.
