Petrina Solange – for the sake of a laugh

She does stand-up comedy for the sake of a laugh, and has several times been voted the funniest person in Sweden. Petra Solange is a worthy and uncontroversial winner of Kristianstadsbladet's Culture and Entertainment award.

I think I've inherited her tough style

But nevertheless Kristianstadsbladet is awarding its prize for culture and entertainment. Petrina Solange. She already has three titles as ”the comedienne of the year”.

What Petrina laughs most about, and with, is – her mother.

– I really like her humour. Mum takes people down in a very funny way. I think I've inherited her tough style.

During the corona epidemic her big tour, ”Nu är jag här” (Here I am) has been put on hold.

quote
If they don't enjoy it, I just have to work harder

– A pity, but, what the hell, I'm not the only one who's had to cancel.

Your language is quite rough – don't you have any limits?

quote
I just want them to laugh

– Well, people either enjoy it or they don't. If they don't enjoy it, I just have to work harder.

– People don't have to agree with me, nod and say, ”Well said”. I just want them to laugh.
