One young person of four is unvaccinated – big campaign started
The frequency of vaccination varies a great deal in Skåne. For example at Näsby/Gamlegården only 69 per cent have been vaccinated, in Tollarp the figure is 91 per cent, and in Åhus 94 per cent.

Region Skåne hopes that more people will get vaccinated during the national campaign in week 11. The focus is on getting those who have not been vaccinated at all to have their first dose.
– All the people involved in the work of vaccination in Skåne are now making a combined effort. This means all of us all over Skåne, says Maria Landgren, vaccination co-ordinator in Skåne.
– We in Region Skåne are working in conjunction with municipalities, local governments, municipal housing authorities, clubs and organisations, she says.
Region Skåne plans to send out sms-messages ahead of week 11. In the message there will be links to places with a drop-in service. The message will be sent to people who have given their number to 1177.se. There will be campaigns in the social media as well.
In Sweden there are still a million inhabitants who have not had their first dose of vaccine. In Skåne there are 190,485 persons who have not been vaccinated at all.
