”At the moment we are waiting for the results of the police investigation”Jan Carlson, head of culture and leisure in the municipality
Once the remains after the fire have cooled off the police can make a technical examination, something which is believed to have been done on Monday.
The municipality owns the building, considered to be a notable building, and the oldest property in Knislinge.
– At the moment we are waiting for the results of the police investigation to see what that brings to light. At present I don't want to speculate on what steps may be taken , says Jan Carlson, head of culture and leisure in the municipality.
– The oldest parts, from the 17th century, are still intact, thanks to a fantastic effort on the part of the emergency services, says Carlson.
