The 16-year-old wants the truth to be told.

The fourth day of the trial for the murder at Lyckans Höjd on 7th June 2022, when a 22-year-old man was shot and killed, was mostly about the 16-year-old who is suspected of the murder.

When questioned, the 16-year-old admitted the murder, and he stands by what he said.

– He shouted 'Who is it? Who is it? What have we done to you?' I said 'Shut your mouth before I empty the magazine into your head'. That's when I shoot, the 16-year-old tells us.

He describes how the pistol did not go off at first, but then he reloaded and shot and killed the 25-year-old, after which the other victim ran away.

As to the details about what actually happened on 7th June the 16-year-old gave a version which was largely new.

– When I read through the preliminary investigation I realised the 22-year-old had given quite a lot of information that did not add up at all, he says.

Earlier the 16-year-old had refused to say who the victims and his accomplice were, a standpoint he has now changed Changed details include his saying that he did not buy the electric scooter himself, and that it was not until the day of the murder that he was given the pistol and the bullets.

According to the 16-year-old the murder had not been planned and the 26-year-old was not the missed target.

During the day the 33-year-old and the 27-year-old who are suspected of instigation to murder were also questioned again.

– I'm not involved in this in any way, says the 27-year-old, who maintains that he has only a casual relationship with the 16-year-old.

The 27-year-old admits that it was his sweater the 16-year-old was wearing at the time of the murder, but he was not the one who had lent it. According to the 16-year-old he took it himself when he was at a party in the 27-year-old's flat. Previously he said he had bought it. That the 16-year-old spent time in the 27-year-old's flat is nothing he himself can say.

– I can't say whether that is true or not.

The fourth suspect, the 22-year-old, has given a version that differs considerably from what the others say. This irritated the 16-year-old so much that the judge had to interrupt and tell him he had already had his chance to talk.

– Do you know how much he has lied in the preliminary enquiry? the 16-year-old asked.

– He's hedged his risks. Either he'll be let off or he'll be convicted and he'll get some kind of lighter sentence, the 27-year-old says.

The 16-year-old chose not to answer several of the prosecutor's questions, including how he had come by the pistol and the ammunition, where he changed clothes, where he had thrown away the drugs he said he was going to sell, and why he had a change of clothes with him.

The day ended with the 16-year-old's being released from arrerst and taken to a SIS-home. The16-year-old chose not to answer several of the prosecutor's questions.
