The woman had submitted incorrect information to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) on 28 occasions in 2017 and 2018. In total, she had received 89,825 crowns from the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.

She had stated that she had not been working and had been at home looking after her sick child. In reality, however, she was off work, had vacation, was ill herself or the child was at school and she was working.

The prosecutor's evidence includes absence and attendance reporting from her employer and from the child's school.

The woman denies the crime.
