Man found dead – case classed as murder
A man in his fifties was found dead on Sunday. The case is being treated as murder for the time being.

The police received the alarm at 9:48 am. A man had been found dead in a residential area in Kristianstad.

The property was cordoned off. Technicians have examined the site. The dead person is a man in his fifties.
At present the case is being treated as murder, a routine procedure in unexplained deaths.
– It may be a question of murder, but it can also have some other cause, says police spokesman Patric Fors. It's too early to say. We always classify this type of case as murder to enable us to make an investigation and have a forensic examination carried out.
