It is the biggest thing I have experienced during my twelve years in the club

The victory also means that KDFF is now in the second place in the schedule, however, a match more played than FC Rosengård.

– It is the biggest thing I have experienced during my twelve years in the club, says coach Elisabet “Beta” Gunnarsdottír.

Elisabet Gunnarsdottír's journey with Kristianstad DFF began on an autumn day twelve years ago. It was a long and difficult journey, filled with sadness and joy.

There are so many to thank and praise

– I told the girls before the match that today we are playing for so many people. This is not the gain of one, two or three people, but there are so many to thank and praise, says "Beta".

In 2016, "Beta" was cashier, club manager, chairman and A-team coach. The big turnaround happened when Kent Angergård stepped into the board.

He organized the work outside the football field.

Elisabet Gunnarsdottír has been able to focus on being a football coach. The development has since gone in the right direction.

It's completely crazy

In 2018, the club won its first Allsvensakn medal.

2019 was in the cup final, and in 2020, the club fixed a ticket to Europe.

– It is a long-term goal we have worked towards, and now we are there. It's completely crazy, she says.
