K-Fastigheter faces penalties for construction site cabins

The illegal action was brought to attention by the emergency services, and later the Environment and Urban Planning Administration in connection with K-fastigheter's new high-rise building in west Hässleholm.

Five construction site cabins have been placed across the property line by Maltgatan. The construction site cabins are missing both building permits and starting clearance.

After the error had been brought to the attention of K-fastigheter, an application for a building permit for the site cabins was submitted, however, less than a month later it was withdrawn. The site cabins were still standing then.

According to the proposal, a fine of 38,000 crowns will now be charged by Karlsson Fastigheter i Hässleholm AB, unless the construction site cabins have been removed before the Environment and Urban Planning Committee's meeting on December 21.
