Hanna Gunnarsson from the Red Cross has two tasks. She helps people in a risk-group with their shopping.To help her she has a cellphone and a tablet.

– Once a week I send in their orders online. They phone me and tell me what they need, and I place the order at Ica Nära in Arkelstorp.

– It's a neat way of doing things.
Then the customer can pick up their orders themselves. Several shops have this kind of service.
So you're a distance volunteer?
– Yes, you can put it like that. Corona-safe, she says.
She herself belongs to a risk-group.
– Most Red Cross volunteers aren't so young any more and they're not so keen on going in and out of shops themselves.
