First school dialogue in Östra Göinge
Young people who do not finish their upper secondary education are not in a strong position when it comes to finding a job and becoming independent. Almost half of the pupils leave class nine without being able to get into a national upper school programme.
The first school dialogue was held in Knislinge on 14th October. Positive participants were able to go home with ideas about the importance of an encouraging attitude towards school and the effects of taking an active interest in homework and school attendance.
School dialogues
9th November: Hanaskog, Kviingeskolan's canteen, 6 - 8 pm. Put your name down by 5th November at the latest.
16th November: Glimåkra Folkhögskolan, 6 - 8 pm. Put your name down by 12th November at the latest.
23rd November: Broby, Prästavångskolan's canteen, 6 - 8 pm. Put your name down by 19th November at the latest.
24th November: Hanaskog, Badvägen 3, 10 - 12 am, for anyone needing an interpreter.
