Every other man is voting for SD in Östra Göinge: "Surprised"
– I think the other parties will be surprised by how the first-time voters are voting, says Göte Färm (SD).
In 2018, 33.3 per cent of people living in Östra Göinge voted for the Swedish Democrats (SD). If the opinion polls are right, there will be significantly more voting SD on Sunday.
The party receives 38.5 per cent of the parliamentary votes from Östra Göinge. If you look at the numbers a little more closely, the following emerges: as many as 46.3 per cent of the men in Östra Göinge intend to vote for SD. The corresponding figure for women voting SD is 29.7 per cent.
Should this be the result when the votes are counted on Election Day, Östra Göinge would end up at the top of the list as one of the most SD-friendly municipalities in Sweden.
