Employee lied on CV – was dismissed
An employee at the Administration for Work and Welfare (arbete och välfärdsförvaltningen) lied on her CV. She has now been dismissed.

The employee got a job at VLC, Guidance and Learning Centre (Väglednings- och lärcentrum) in December 2015.
Kristianstadsbladet revealed in August that the employee had stated incorrect information on her CV about her university and college education, among other things.

After Kristianstadsbladet's exposé the Administration for Work and Welfare carried out an investigation. It showed that only two out of nine courses could be certified, after which the municipality notified her of dismissal.
The employee and her union called for deliberation, which ended in disagreement.
The municipality decided to dismiss her.
The employee can request a hearing with the employer if she considers the dismissal to be invalid.
