Do yourself an e-favour on Digitalidag
Among other things, anyone who has questions about digital tools and services can call 010-550 25 00 during the day. The exchange is open between 9 am and 5 pm, and works in conjunction with Post- och Telestyrelsen (PTS).
The telephone is manned by staff from Arbetsförmedlingen, SEB, Statens servicecenter, Försäkringskassan, Pensionsmyndigheten and Skatteverket.
Both private persons and businesses are welcome.
– Our staff will be at the town library between 10 am and 4 pm. The library often gets asked about municipal e-services and they know a lot about that. We act as a complement and provide help on 15th October, says Caroline Johansson Sjöwall, press communicator at Statens servicecenter.
– We help a lot of people to get themselves a Bank-ID, which is the key to many digital services. It is our job to help people to become more digitalised. If you cannot use digital services, you may have to go to our offices to get help.
We offer help in Swedish and English, for other languages we use an interpreter.
Digitalidag is part of eMedborgarveckan at the library 11th-17th October.
