Delayed: Now Tempotorget will be demolished
The construction project has been postponed several times. Now Brinova has received the go-ahead to start demolishing.

Tempotorget has been cordoned off.
– We have started to remove furniture and inventory. We will start cleaning up and demolishing shortly, says Stina Trimark, Project Development Manager at Brinova.
Decisions from various authorities have been lengthy. It has caused the delay.
– We are a few months late, says Stina Trimark.
The first phase of housing will be complete in autumn 2022.
The new preschool (in the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's old premises) will be ready by the turn of the year 2021–2022.
