Award: Top place for Citizens' Centre
The target was already set in 2018: in 2021 the Citizens' Centre in Kristianstad will be best in Brilliant Future's survey. 40 municipalities took part.

Sajeda Al-Shoocha is one of 19 employees.
– That's great. You feel you're appreciated by people for the service we offer. We do this for the people living here, says Sajeda Al-Shoocha, 29, from Vä, who has worked at the Citizens' Centre for four years.
Her parents come from Iraq.
– I was born in a refugee camp in Saudi Arabia, then we came to Sweden and Kristianstad when I was four.
How did you find a job here?
– I started with a summer job in reception, stepped in and took temporary jobs, and then I got a permanent job.
What do you do?
– I work half of my time as a system administrator. In the system we register all kinds of things, both enquiries and reports of things that are not functioning properly. I improve it and develop it. And I'm responsible for courses and training as well. The rest of my time I work as a municipal advisor.

What does a municipal advisor do?
– I answer people's phone-calls, reply to mail and welcome visitors.

Brilliant Awards
The Brilliant Future company is responsible for customer polls in 40 municipalities. A random number of people who phone in can be asked to answer five questions about waiting time, knowledge, straightforwardness, active interest and finding solutions. Each year the company nominates ”the most service-minded municipality”.
The 2021 award is based on material from a total of 2.2 million customer opinions.
