Abba releases new music - after 40 years

Abba is to release their first album in 40 years. The band is also to launch a digital concert which will have its premiere in London next May.

The event 'Abba Voyage' was broadcast on Thursday evening. The new Abba song 'I still have faith in you' with pictures and films from Abba's career was shown for the first time.

We've made a new album with Abba, the band says from the event in London.

Two new songs were released on Thursday., 'I still have faith in you' (the music video is on Youtube) and 'Don't shut me down'. The album 'Voyage' with ten songs will be released on 5th November.

– 40 years have passed, but it felt like yesterday. Absolutely amazing, says Benny Andersson from a studio in l London, where he is taking part along with Björn Ulvaeus.

– There's an old saying that there shouldn't be more than40 years between albums.

The members in Abba will also make a digital appearance along with a ten-man-strong live orchestra. They will perform in London from 27th May 2022.
