20 volunteers can provide support on helpline

20 volunteers provide assistance on the municipality's helpline. There are speakers of different languages among the volunteers. ”If you are in a risk group you can phone us and talk about what's worrying you during the corona crisis”, says Niclas Lindquist, head of sector at Kristianstad municipality.

The helpline 044-13 20 99 has existed since March. You can phone there during the day on weekdays.

– W had a lot of calls at the beginning, when we started, but now there aren't so many. We get about two calls a week, says Niclas Lindquist.
