Time to apply for summer jobs in Kristianstad municipality

Last year, there were 685 young people in Kristianstad municipality that got a summer job, about 900 young people applied.

You have a greater chance of getting a job if you are flexible with which weeks you can work. The offer involves a summer job for two weeks from June 17th. The final period is August 5th-16th. The wage is 63 crowns an hour.

The places are raffled out, but some places are allocated to young people who really need it.

If you are looking for a summer job, you should request a copy of your criminal record from the police. It should be sent to the municipality.

In the beginning of April, the municipality will send out emails and text messages to those who have got a place.

Active Summer Charlottesborg is also back this year, for young people who live in Charlottesborg.

The purpose is for young people to get a summer job and meaningful employment for a few weeks in the summer.

About 30 young people are participating in the project.
