This is what the new police headquarters will look like

The contract for the new police headquarters is settled. The police authorities and Intea Properties AB have signed a 15-year contract. The rent will be 43.7 million crowns per year.

The new police headquarters will be built at the site of the marshalling yard, north-east of the town centre.

It will comprise a total area of 18.600 square metres working space, with room for 400 employees. That is what real estate company Intea writes in a press announcement.

At present work is in progress with the detailed plan. The target is for the police authorities to be able to move in in June/ July 2024.
