Marie Andersson from Bjärnum has lived in Knislinge previously. She was one of those who sent in a suggestion to the Göingehem name competition. For her, the name of the high-rise building was a given.

– Sigfrid’s Height, of course, she says.

Sigfrid's road is already there.

In total, there were around 50 name suggestions submitted. The board took a liking to Sigfrid's Height. The two other names that came in second and third were Svalan and Snapphanehöjden.

The interest in the apartments is great.

– People are calling and enquiring all the time, says Kent Göstasson, Göingehem's Project Manager.

35 people have registered their interest in the 28 apartments. There are six apartments with one-room, twelve with two-rooms, and ten with three-rooms.

The apartments on the sixth floor are of great interest. Anyone who moves in there will get the best view in Östra Göinge.

– It’s queue points and the usual housing queue that applies, says Göstasson.

In November, Sigfrid's Height should be ready.

– After the turn of the year, we expect tenants to be able to start moving in.

Sigfrid's Height will be about 20 metres high and cost around 50 million crowns.

In November, the high-rise building will be ready. Tenants will start moving in early next year.
