Linnéskolan has had problems with pupils setting off bangers. Now the school is to have its own firemen.
Hässleholm • Publicerad 26 mars 2019
At least five times since last August, pupils have set of bangers at the school, both indoors and out of doors. The latest incident was in February.
– It's important for the municipality to get to grips with the problems before they get out of hand, says Mattias Östling a fire inspector with the Emergency Services in Hässleholm.
Starting in April, the firemen will be in the school every day during the morning break from 9.15 till 10.15. The purpose is to create a good relationship between pupils and personnel from the emergency services.
The project is called ”School firemen”. Similar projects in other places, for example Helsingborg, have shown good results.
– Damage has been reduced there, says Mattias ösling.
