Rice porridge, sometimes called Santa Claus porridge, is on the menu at Knislinge community centre on Wednesday, 27th November.
Rice porridge is made with water, milk, a cinnamon stick, round-grained rice and a little salt. It is traditional on the Christmas table, but is eaten all year round.
Rice porridge is most often eaten with powdered cinnamon, sugar and milk.
The rice porridge party, with entertainment, coffee and cakes, starts at 6:30 pm in Knislinge community centre.
