The police suspect that 20-year-old Emilia Lundberg has been abducted against her will. The crime has been classified as kidnapping.

Tollarp

– We think that she has been abducted. We don't think that she left home and just disappeared. Someone has lured or deceived her and taken her away, says Anders Svenson, Head of Serious Crimes with the police in Kristianstad.

It was last Friday that the young woman was last seen in Tollarp. A day later, the family reported her disappearance. Missing People has also put out an alert.

Her mother and aunt have put a missing person ad in Kristianstadsbladet. They have written there that her mobile phone has been switched off since last Friday.

– And she doesn’t go without using her phone for so long. There’s something that's not right, said the mother.

On Wednesday, the incident classification was changed to kidnapping.

Anders Svenson says that the police have received some tips, but would like to have more.

– If anyone knows something, feel free to get in touch and tell us, says Anders Svenson.
