Police search for missing woman – helicopter attacked by laser

A police helicopter was attacked with green laser while it was helping in the search.

The woman, aged 77, left her home on Kungstorget some time between 9 am and 12 noon on Wednesday. Since then she has not been seen.

The woman is described as being short, heavily built, with dark eyes. She moves slowly. She wears a veil. She has a long, black jacket and a handbag.

According to the police the woman may give a confused impression, and she suffers from an ailment which requires medicines. ”So it’s very important to find her quickly,” says the police spokesperson.

The police have continued their search, including by helicopter, throughout the night, so far without success .

The police are in urgent need of information. If anyone sees the woman, or has seen her recently, they are requested to contact the police via 112 and ask to be put through to the police headquarters in Region Syd. If you have seen her earlier, ring the police at 114 14.
