No new cases of corona in Skåne
Skane has a total of 22 cases of the coronavirus. Region Skåne analyses about 100 tests per day.
Infection control doctors are urging the public to take responsibility, to ensure they don’t infect others.
– Everyone should be more careful with their hand hygiene, to cough and sneeze into their elbow, and to stay home if they are ill, says Birgitta Holmgren, Assistant Infection Control Doctor at Region Skåne.
Smittskydd Skåne (Disease Control Skåne) is working on tracing the coronavirus infection (who has been in contact with those infected and where), to prevent it from spreading further.
Region Skåne does not disclose information regarding where the people who are infected live and work on grounds of patient confidentiality.

If you get sick, call 1177 if you have a fever, cough or difficulty breathing and any of the following applies to you:
• You have been in China, Iran, South Korea or Italy in the past 14 days – in the Lombardy, Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna or Veneto regions.
• You have been in contact with someone who has covid-19 in the past 14 days.
