Now it's time for driven parents and adults to go out at night. The Challan patrollers have started their operation in Charlottesborg.

The idea is that night patrollers should be all over Challan

The purpose of the night patrol is partly to show that the adults are around and that they see what is happening, and partly to have contact with the young people in the gang.

– The gang should not be able to grow, and they should not be able to draw in more young people, says Annika Gustavsson, founder of the group.

- The night patrollers do so much fantastic work for our young people, says Annika Gustavsson.

- It's really nice that there is so many of us now and I hope that we can make something good out of this, she says.

Are you afraid?

– No, sometimes it's dangerous. But we have never encountered such situations on our walks, says Annika.

- The Challan patrollers is made up of four women and two men, that's enough. But there needs to be more of us at times, says Annika Gustavsson.
