There was only one person in the car. He was seriously injured, and was taken by ambulance to Centralsjukhuset in Kristianstad.

Shortly before 12 o’clock police confirmed that he was dead.

– Unfortunately it is a fatal accident. His family has been informed. Now we must find out what happened and gather as many details about the accident as we can. If anyone ha seen anything, we are interested in hearing their information, says Karoline Eriksson, officer in charge at the police station in Kristianstad.

The police still do not know what caused the accident.
