Honour culture an important guestion
Honour culture and preventive work among new arrivals. These are two important questions politicians want to give priority in the social services in Östra Göinge.

Politicians in the results committee think that violence and the honour culture should be given more attention, both in the administraton and in politics.
One person will co-ordinate work in connection with the honour culture and violence in close relationships. There will also be campaigns directed towards schools.
The number of reports from people who are worried that children are being badly treated is increasing. Many of the reports concern new arrivals.
– New arrivals ae often wary of the social services and psychologists, says Daniel Jönsson,(M), chairman of the results committee.
The growing number of reports can also be a result of the same individual’s being reported more than once.
