Five ambassadors will make Östra Göinge widely known
That is what Camilla Palm, Head of Tourism in Östra Göinge municipality, says. The ambassadors will be promoting Östra Göinge a little bit extra in 2019.
– All serve as role models and have their own personal brand, says Palm.
The ambassadors will be marketing Östra Göinge on the municipality's Instagram account for two weeks.
The municipality also lends their Instagram account to associations and businesses that want to talk about their activities.
The agreement between the municipality and the ambassadors states that "the ambassador agrees to spreading good news, showing pride over where you come from and speaking well about his home municipality".
Three out of five ambassadors come from Hanaskog.
- We usually joke that there is something about the water in Hanaskog, says Camilla Palm.
There will also be ambassadors in 2020.
