The target group is people that are socially disadvantaged and who find it difficult to get an internship, work and integrate into society. It may be people who are on long-term sick, who have been in prison, addicts and foreign-born people.
The goal is to provide support and activities for people who are far removed from the labour market, who are not ready to start an internship.
Spira will hire a project manager who will work 70 per cent of the time for two years. The project will collaborate with local associations.
The project will also receive 200,000 crowns through private financing.
