A wall of kindness - with warm jackets and backpacks

Have you got a winter jacket or a pair of long johns you don't need? Then bring them along and hang them on the ”Wall of Kindness” at Stora Torg in February. People who don't have any warm clothing can take them and make use of them.

There are 'Walls of Kindness' in places all over the world, here one with clothes in Teheran. In 2016 winter was severe in Iran. Some kind people painted a wall in the middle of the city with the words, in Farsi, ”If you don't need it, leave it here. If you need it, take it”.

Belts and backpacks are also welcome contributions. The wall is in place between 10th and 16th February. Stadsmissionen and Kristianstad municipality are co-operating on the project.

Class 8 from Nosaby school's aesthetic programme and Ängsgården nursery school have decorated the wall, which is to stand on Stora Torg.
