Ten things to do in Kristianstad

December is the Christmas month. Our longing for Christmas and some free time gets stronger for every day that passes. To see and listen to a Lucia procession is always heartwarming. On Lucia day, 13th December, you can see and hear pupils from music classes as they light up the darkness in Hälsoträdgården.

All the family can go to Kulturkvarteret on 14th December and make things for Christmas, and at Naturum on 21st December you can hunt for spiders and little insects in the Christmas tree.

”Jul med Tenori” – Christmas with the tenors – lets you hear some of the most beautiful Christmas songs, including Ave Maria and O, Helga Natt, on 15th December. And if all this Christmas is too much for you, you can go and cheer on KIK at the ice-hockey or have a look round the collectors’ market.
