How did it feel to get silver?

- It was so awesome, unreal and really fun, says Alma Lübeck.

- I couldn't believe it, it was unexpected, says Elin Ingerby.

The competition lasted for 4.5 hours where they competed in five different branches.

- We also got the prize for the best Danish pastry, so that was also really great, says Alma Lübeck.

How was it to compete?

- It was the first time we competed, so we were a bit unsure. It is difficult to make everything in 4.5 hours. We managed it with five-minutes to spare, says Elin Ingerby.

"We would like to compete again", says Alma Lübeck and Elin Ingerby, pupils at Österänggymnasiet. It’s their third year on the Restaurant and Food Program specialising in bakery and confectionery.
