Huge police operation after violent crime - several people injured
The police are on the scene with several patrol cars in north Kristianstad. A violent crime has taken place there. Several people have been injured.

- It took place outdoors. Right now we are trying to create a clear picture of what has happened. We have cordoned off an area. We’re on the scene with several patrol cars and we even have patrols at CSK. I can’t say more than that at the moment, says Patric Fors at the police's control centre.
Witnesses have seen at least four ambulances carrying injured people to the hospital. One of the injured is reported to be a police officer.

The condition of those injured is unclear.
SOS Alarm dispatched the first ambulance at 11.23. Five people have been taken to hospital.
A witness reports that it is in connection with a stabbing.
