New centre for orthopaedics costs 1.2 billion

1.2 billion. This is how much the Alliance is investing in Region Skåne with a new orthopaedic centre in Hässleholm Hospital. The building should be complete by 2023.

In the new building, among other things, there will be a reception, a care unit, and surgery.

– It has always been good within orthopaedics in Hässleholm. In Skåne, accessibility has become worse. We are now working on getting it up again, says Per Einarsson (KD, Member of the Health Care committee.

According to the plan, construction will begin in the spring of 2020.
