– I do this because I think it is fun. I want to awaken the interest in retro clothes, says Lotta Salvin.

In the fashion show there are models that are both young and old, children, women and men.

– This is a way to achieve sustainability. We throw away about 13 kilos of textile per year. By choosing quality we get more use out of it, and we reduce waste, she says.

– The most significant benefit is that we get a more personal style. You are often alone in wearing a retro piece; you get your own clothing style.

The fashion show starts at 12pm outside the Regionmuseet (the Regional Museum). The shops Torget 11 (Vintage) in Åhus, Marc-Ella in Tollarp and Re-Fashion in Kristianstad will be participating.
