The high-rise building at Sigfrids höjd (Sigfrid’s Height) will soon be ready. All of the apartments will be ready in November. But tenants may have to wait until the end of the year to move in.
The apartments have been available to rent since spring.
But now, not many are left. 23 contracts have been signed. There are only five vacant apartments remaining. There is a studio apartment for rent, and the rest are three-room apartments.
– There have been no problems renting out the apartments, says Göingehems CEO Henrik Loveby.
Göingehem still has long housing queues.
